Remote Club Registration Page

Remote Clubs receive DVDs of each month's sessions and can submit images for the monthly challenges.

1.  Fill this form out online (then Print if you want a copy) and then click the Submit button. 
2.  Then, (a) do a bank transfer and insert your club name in your reference section. (details next page) for $100
              or (b) send a cheque with your club name.  (details next page) for $100
3.  Either way, we will marry up the online registration with the payment and you will receive a receipt and other details.
